Return & Refund Policy

At Drakon Outdoors, we engineer our gear to withstand the toughest elements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get squared away.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your gear was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition Criteria

To qualify for a successful return, your items must meet the following baseline conditions:

  • The gear must be completely unused, unwashed on the trail, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned inside its original packaging.

  • Exempt Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearance, final liquidation, or explicitly marked "Sale" items are not eligible for refunds or structural returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturing facility. To initiate a return, send a direct message to our support team at contactus@drakonoutdoors.com with your original order number and receipt/proof of purchase.

  • For Damaged/Defective Items: We stand behind our quality. If your gear arrived defective or damaged, email us directly so we can issue an immediate replacement layout.

4. Shipping Costs & Logistics

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own domestic shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a processed refund, the baseline cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total final credit.

  • If you are shipping items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package from the carrier.

5. The Refund Process

Once your returned gear is received at our facility and formally inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
