Thank you for choosing Drakon Outdoors. We are committed to engineering rugged gear and delivering it to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our official Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

  • Free U.S. Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses.

  • Processing Time: All domestic orders are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Delivery Schedule: Please note that shipments are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or regional/national holidays.

  • High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders (such as during major seasonal product launches), shipments may be delayed by a few additional days in transit. If a significant delay is expected for your delivery, our team will contact you directly via email or phone.

2. International Shipping

  • Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days under standard operational protocols.

  • Transit Expectations: International delivery timelines vary depending on your geographic location and local courier networks.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Drakon Outdoors LLC is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

The moment your gear clears our fulfillment floor and is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking links will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.

4. Damages, Losses, and Claims

Drakon Outdoors LLC is not legally liable for any products damaged, broken, or completely lost during the carrier transit window. If your package arrives structurally compromised, please document the damage immediately and contact the shipment carrier directly to file an official insurance claim.

⚠️ Filing Tip: Please save all physical packaging materials, retail boxes, and the damaged goods exactly as they arrived before initiating your claim with the carrier.
